Scripted Prompts
for an unscripted workplace

The Scripted Group is a new and revolutionary workplace training consultancy designed with your staff, team, and leadership in mind. Our strategists craft fictional and humorous scripts that are delivered as part of coaching and organizational learning. Our expertise (and our priority) is workplace health for businesses, schools, and nonprofit organizations. Our unique approach involves blind script readings by participants, ensuring authentic and spontaneous reactions that add an element of surprise and entertainment.

Our consulting group stands out by harnessing the power of customized scripts to revolutionize professional development and training. We utilize role-playing scenarios to foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and psychological safety within organizations. Unlike traditional approaches, our innovative methodology utilizes highly trained social and behavioral science specialists to create dynamic and tailored scripts and script performance that enhance communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and workplace relationships. By incorporating scholarly research and hands-on clinical experience, we offer a unique and effective solution that adapts to the specific needs of each team, ensuring a personalized and impactful approach to professional growth.

We might be a fit for your organization if…

  • It's not what you want to hear from your team after you roll out a PD day. We know that firsthand. Every Scripted Group Strategist has been the leader of an organization after a bland and time-wasting professional development day or session. We were participants in a recent training and counted over 100 slides in a single-day training. We don't have to guess how much was retained. Zero.

  • "Didn't we do a training on diversity last year?" Once again, this is not the response you want to hear from a carefully planned (and budgeted) day of training. "Didn't we..." means they aren't sure and it didn't sink in. "...do a training" means it was one-way and lacked interactive methods. "Last year..." makes it clear that your workplace training is a seasonal activity rather than part of your learning and growing culture.

  • Far too often, retreats and trainings are conducted by specialists in the subject matter rather than specialists in how to train and engage. With tens of thousands of hours in learning, clinical, and consulting sessions, the Scripted Group Strategists are highly trained specialists in communicating information, engaging participants in the learning, and providing experiences that anchor the new insights and training. You'll find economists that know more about financial structures than the Scripted Group. You can easily Google search for the emerging Project-Based-Learning specialists. You won't find a group of strategists that present, teach, and engage large and small groups better than the Scripted Group.

  • In most training, what you order is what you get. This is simply not true with the Scripted Group. In every engagement, we prioritize workplace culture, psychological safety, and job satisfaction for participants. The subject of the training may be teacher+parent dynamics, but the bonus takeaway is a faculty that is heard, valued, and included. We boldly declare that playing at work is good for everyone. When the Scripted Group leads your organizational retreat or training, the participants come away energized and more connected to one another.
